"Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once we grow up."

Here at the Phoenix mission we love to receive art created by people inspired by Mars. So, whether you are a kid or an adult (or anything in between) we would love to display your Martian art on our website. It can be a drawing, painting, sculpture, model or anything else you can imagine. Each week we will update the art featured on this page with new pieces we have received.

If you have art (or a picture of it) that you would like to send to us, please e-mail it to Mars Art Project.

Mars Artwork for June 2008

The following pieces were created by kids (and adults) during Public Wednesdays at the Science Operations Center in Tucson, Arizona. There is also a Father's Day card drawn for Dr. Nilton Renno, a Phoenix science team member, by his son Lucas.
