Ed Sedivy

In 1979, Edward Sedivy graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.

Edward Sedivy has been employed by Lockheed Martin Space and Strategic Systems-Space Exploration Systems since 1984. Recently, Mr. Sedivy served as the Space Infrared Telescope Facility (currently called the Spitzer Space Telescope) Spacecraft Manager. In this capacity, he successfully managed the engineering activities and flight certification for the spacecraft.

Mr. Sedivy is the Lockheed Martin Program Manager for the Phoenix Flight System. As such, he guides, monitors and controls Lockheed Martin's spacecraft and operations development activities to assure the Phoenix spacecraft meets all of its requirements and will perform as intended to successfully complete its mission.
